ZISPL, India adds Experience Management to their portfolio through new partnership with HappySignals

zKonsult Innovative Solutions Private Limited (ZISPL), has announced a new teaming partnership with Helsinki based Employee Experience Management Platform provider HappySignals.

The partnership will see the two companies improve the awareness and spread the importance of the human-centric approach to IT service management to align IT systems and processes around hard user experience data in order to recognize the holistic IT landscape, and ensure experiences and personnel performance are optimized.

The ZISPL team has extensive knowledge of delivering their customers solutions around application development, software integration, and automation testing and have now added Experience Management as a focus area.
