When should you use the whistleblowing service?
When submitting a report, you should have reasonable grounds to believe that the information you provide is accurate at the time of reporting. You don’t need to provide evidence, but reports must be made honestly and in good faith.
The purpose of this reporting channel is to prevent and detect fraud, corruption, illegal activities, and
breaches of rules across various areas.
Reports may also concern unlawful, unethical, or harmful actions that could negatively impact individuals, the organisation, or society.
Examples include:
- financial crime or fraud
- corruption and bribery
- environmental violations
- health and safety risks
- deliberate breaches of law
Misconduct does not need to be ongoing; reports can also relate to past incidents.
Anonymous or confidential reporting
You have the option to choose between anonymous reporting or providing your name and contact details when submitting a report.
If you choose anonymous reporting, your identity will remain completely hidden unless you voluntarily provide personal information.
All reports are treated with strict confidentiality. Each case will be carefully investigated before any decisions are made. We do not tolerate false reports or retaliation against anyone who raises a genuine concern.
To protect anonymity and confidentiality, the whistleblowing platform is provided by Whistlelink (Whistleblowing Solutions AB). The reporting process is encrypted and secured with password protection.
