Availability

Our support team works during regular service hours between 8am and 4pm CET. We also have a team in action 24/7 to ensure everything is up and running. 

During the implementation and onboarding phases, you will get extended support from your dedicated team.

And going forward, your Customer Success Manager is there to give you all the support you need.

Response and resolution times

Instead of rigid SLAs, our focus is on ensuring that you get the help you need when you need it.

We respond to all support requests promptly during the regular service hours, always by the next business day at the latest.

Resolution times can vary, but we are dedicated to doing all we can to help you with troubleshooting. If something critical comes up — like not being able to submit feedback — we aim to resolve the issue within 2 hours.

You’ll find all the details about new releases in our release notes.
  • Platform updates and releases are automatically rolled out.
  • ITSM platform add-on app releases are made available for your technical team to install.
