Mark Bewick, Niku Yliluoma

How to realize value tangible value that fits your situationfrom Experience Management. What does your maturity mean for how you manage experiences?

If you are on Level 2, your focus should be in different use cases compared to if you are already reaching Level 4 or beyond. Examples:

  • Identify where frustration really comes from
  • Reduce ticket reassignments
  • Analyze experiences across employee segments
  • Optimize channels and service interactions
  • Identify opportunities for automation
  • Analyze productivity loss
  • Improve collaboration with service providers

Or... you might need help with things like:

  • Getting organized — should we have an XMO?
  • Convincing the stakeholders that are not yet bought in
  • Expanding to new experience areas, like DEX (devices, applications)
  • Having enough resource to finding insights from the data
