Brand guide.

The Experience Intelligence Platform. The essentials for making anything look and sound like HappySignals.

HappySignals explains how people are impacted by the technology they use at work.

01

The brand

Everything we make starts from the same three statements. Use them word for word. Don't paraphrase the tagline.

Tagline

The Experience Intelligence Platform

Caption under the tagline: HappySignals explains how people are impacted by the technology they use at work.

Mission

We exist because a working day should hold more smiles and less wasted time, for everyone, in every job that depends on technology.

Vision

A future where, as IT increasingly runs itself, people remain the measure of success.

Service Delivery

How support feels, not just how fast it closes.

Devices

Which hardware helps people work, and which gets in the way.

AI Tools

Whether employees feel the difference from AI investments.

03

Color

We are pink and proud of it. The palette is three colours: pink, white, and deep blue. Light pinks are the surface system around them. Click any swatch to copy its hex.

Supporting

Hot pink and mid pink build the halo. Purple is the AI signal: reserve it for the Ask motif, never for CTAs or general chrome.

White text on primary pink.

Do. Text and CTAs on #FF7EA5 are always white.

Deep blue on the light pinks.

Do. #FFD8E4 and #FFECF1 are surface tints and take dark text.
04

Typography

One family: Circular Std. Book for reading, Medium for headings. Large sizes are tracked tight. Sentence case everywhere.

Behind every request is a person just trying to do their job. We measure how the technology they depend on actually feels, and how much time it costs them.

05

The halo

Our signature graphic: concentric heart shapes derived from the logo, radiating in from an edge. It fills a card or a half panel. It never sits on a plain white section.

Hot
Default brand-forward fill. White text.
Light
Soft surface variant. Deep blue text.
Dark
Premium, high-contrast moments. White text.

The flip rule

Halos radiate from the outer edge inward. On the left of a layout, use as-is. On the right, flip horizontally. Never let the heart point out of the page.

06

Voice

We write as the Insider: insightful, human, empowering. Confident and plainspoken, unafraid to call out the gap between what the numbers say and what people feel.

Lead with the punch.

No warm-up. The headline lands before the reader is ready.

Reframe the familiar.

Show the gap between the metric and the lived experience.

Close with a door.

Insight points to action. Empathetic, never sentimental.

Headline patterns

The contradictionSLAs say it's solved. People say it's not. The reframeYou're not over-servicing. You're under-listening. The redefinitionFast doesn't mean fixed. The imperativeDon't react. Decide. The human truthNo one logs a ticket for fun.

Do

  • Sentence case, periods on headlines.
  • Active voice, short verbs.
  • "We" for HappySignals, "you" for the reader.
  • Oxford comma. Numerals from 10 up.

Don't

  • Em dashes. Use a period, comma, or colon.
  • Emoji, exclamation points, ampersands in copy.
  • Corporate filler: leverage, synergies, best-in-class.
  • Helpdesk apology or survey-vendor neutral tone.
07

Imagery

Warm, real, candid. People in front of a softly blurred wall, looking to camera with a gentle smile. Never a team pointing at a laptop. When in doubt, use a clean colour block instead.

Cropping

Person horizontally centered, top edge just above the hairline. A small, even margin over the head: never big headroom, never clipping the crown. Shoulders fill downward.

Corner radius 14 to 18px on photo cards.

08

The Ask motif

Ask is our conversational AI feature. In marketing it shows up as a recognizable card. Purple flags AI: never use it for CTAs or general chrome.

Experience Intelligence
Which devices are impacting experience the most?

What is the main cause of dissatisfaction?

The Ask card

Lavender header always labelled "Experience Intelligence", grey input row, purple heart.

The Ask input box

Same row in a thick #7627DC border, floating over a photo.

Questions

Direct and outcome-shaped. Never open-ended chat starters.
